MicoWorld Live
I started my career at MicoWorld as a Business Development and was quickly promoted to Team Leader of Turkey Operations due to my performance. During this period, I organized the 2024 Gala of the MicoWorld Sugo application, which brought together numerous agencies and streamers.
Kwai
I was responsible for the Fashion, Good-Looking, and Dance categories, as well as the content creators within these categories. As part of the short video team, we planned new hashtags for weekly and monthly events. By monitoring trends on other platforms, I ensured that the latest trends were also adopted on Kwai and guided content creators to produce trend-appropriate content. We improved content quality by conducting video analyses of creators and sending them weekly or monthly reports. Additionally, we identified potential users by creating lists of promising accounts on other platforms and developed methods to attract these creators to Kwai, while also establishing ways for agencies to collaborate effectively.
Nimo TV
I worked as a Game Content Specialist in the Turkey operations department of NimoTV, a start-up under Tencent Huya Company, for 1 year. During this time, we carried out many operations such as recruiting new streamers and transferring major streamers. I also took part in organizing events and supporting streamers in areas where they could improve themselves.
The Company Istanbul
I was the General Coordinator of the Esports Academies, established for the first time in Turkey. The experience I gained in this pioneering role, which had no precedent worldwide, has been extremely valuable to me. I am also proud to have laid the foundations of a project that continues to progress successfully today and to have played a major role in training esports players within the Turkish esports ecosystem.
PROJECT I WORKED FOR
Redbull Gaming Valorant Home Ground Final
I served as one of the lead coordinators for the Red Bull Gaming Valorant Home Ground Final, overseeing the production and execution of the event. I was responsible for coordinating the live broadcast team and other supporting crews, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments. This role enabled me to gain significant experience in managing large-scale esports events, particularly in live production and cross-team coordination.
Twitch VideoValorant First Strike Lower Bracket Tournament
I served as the Live Broadcast Director for the Valorant First Strike Lower Bracket Tournament. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing the entire live broadcast operation, coordinating with camera operators, commentators, and technical staff to ensure a high-quality production. My role involved making real-time decisions to manage the flow of the broadcast, handle any technical issues that arose, and ensure that viewers had an engaging and uninterrupted experience.

I worked as a Video Mixing Desk-Observer for the finals of the PUBG Tournament organized by TGL (Turkish Gaming League). My responsibilities included managing live video feeds, ensuring smooth transitions between different camera angles, and overseeing the overall broadcast quality. This role required quick decision-making and effective communication with the production team to deliver a seamless viewing experience for the audience.

I worked as a photographer for Fores Fashion Agency, where I was responsible for capturing high-quality images for various fashion shoots and events. My role involved collaborating with models, stylists, and other team members to ensure that the visual content met the agency's standards and effectively showcased their fashion collections.

I worked as a photographer for Tadella, a well-known chocolate brand in Turkey, during their events. I was responsible for capturing high-quality images that highlighted the brand's products and the overall atmosphere of the events. My role involved coordinating with event organizers to ensure that all key moments were documented effectively.
